Rejected - preview image

Hello,

I'm new guy on codester and I have a little bit problem with approval process. Codester support returns my project with a comment 'Preview image does not contain preview.'

How is it possible? I always correctly upload my preview image. Is it a problem with quality or something like that?

Without seeing it's impossible to point out what's the issue ?

I looked, there is nothing wrong with the preview image.
I think there has been some misunderstanding to reviewer with preview image.

If items is hard rejected then you should have to reupload again all the stuff.
But wait for Frederick response first.
99.99% chances you will get reply tomorrow.
